TERMS & CONDITIONS


FOR THE COMPANY

1.1 The Company will provide required property management services, including interior and exterior remodeling services, property maintenance, Airbnb or rental management, and assistance with legal documentation and registration, as specified in the agreement with the Client.
1.2 Services provided are limited to the scope outlined in the agreement and are subject to the availability of resources and follow strict company’s bylaws.
1.3 Hygiene services will include routine and deep cleaning of interiors and exteriors. The Company is not liable for damage caused by existing conditions such as wear and tear, or hazardous material handling or damages that exist.
1.4 Remodeling services will be undertaken as per the Client’s instructions, with an confirmation from client. The Company will not be responsible for delays caused by external factors such as contractor availability or supply chain issues or materials unavailability.
1.5 The Company may manage the property on behalf of the Client, including short-term rental services on Airbnb.
1.6 Assistance with legal documentation and property registration will be prepared on behalf of the Client. The Company is not liable for delays or rejections caused by any circumstances.
1.7 Third-party contractors may be engaged for any services, management or assistance. While the Company performs due diligence.
1.8 The Client’s property-related information will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
1.9 Payment for services must be made as per the services availed. Non-payment within the time frame may lead to legal consequences.
1.10 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its services unless caused by gross negligence or misconduct.
1.11 Services are provided based on the package or subscription chosen by the Client. Additional services outside the package will incur separate charges.
1.12 The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to comply with the terms & conditions or provides inaccurate information.
1.13 The Company has the right to cancel in between the service if inappropriate or unnecessary or violation of service law occurs due to the client.
1.14 The person representing the company should maintain a good decorum,conduct and be subjected to termination if any wrong or misconduct happens by them.
1.15 Company is liable to pay back service charges to the client if found guilty of overcharging or misplacement of item or damages done to the assets intentionally or use of unparliamentary language or inappropriate actions at the property.

For Clients

2.1 The Client must provide accurate information regarding the property or details and authorize the Company personnel in writing to act on their behalf for hygiene maintenance, remodeling, Airbnb management, or any type of assistance.
2.2 The Client agrees to grant access to the property for availed services and inspection purposes proposed. Restricted access causing delays may impact service timelines and are chargeable.
2.3 Payments for services must be made on time. If not paid, it may result in legal formalities.
2.4 For remodeling services, the Client must approve the design, budget, and timeline before commencement. Mid-project changes may result in additional costs and delays which should be acceptable to both parties at any given time.
2.5 The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with local bylaws related to the property. The Company is not liable for penalties or legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.
2.6 For Airbnb management, the Client acknowledges that the Company acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for property damage, or issues related to third-party platforms.
2.7 The Client must verify the accuracy of any documents prepared by the Company before submission. The Company is not liable for errors due to the Client’s acknowledgement .
2.8 Any pre-existing damage, disputes, or hazards must be disclosed by the Client. Failure to disclose may impact the Company’s ability to deliver services efficiently.
2.9 Termination of services by the Client requires prior written notice. All outstanding payments must be settled before finalizing termination and getting a clearance certificate from company behalf.
2.10 The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their failure to comply with these terms or applicable laws.
2.11 Services are rendered according to the package or subscription selected by the Client. Requests for additional services outside the agreed scope will incur appropriate charges.
2.12 The Client acknowledges that the Company only facilitates help regards legal documentation or property registration or banking, the ultimate responsibility for compliance lies with the Client. And the company is not responsible for failure or cancellation of the application.
2.13 The client needs to act with utmost respect with company personnel and needs to maintain the decorum while associating with the company personnel at the property or at any given time.
2.14 If found guilty with any wrong or inappropriate behavior the company has the complete right to terminate the subscription and take appropriate legal initiations against the client.
