INVESTOR AGREEMENT
1.For the Investor :
1.1 The Investor grants authority to Lantern Asset Management Co. (LAMC) to manage their portfolio and investments exclusively through the LAMC portal.
1.2 Investments may be made in the Investor’s name or under the Company’s name as agreed.
1.3 A minimum lock-in period of three months applies to all investments. Withdrawals may only be initiated upon providing prior notice to the assigned Relationship Manager, at least seven (7) days in advance.
1.4 All investments are subject to market fluctuations and changes. The Investor acknowledges that LAMC cannot be held liable for any losses or impacts resulting from any market conditions.
1.5 After the completion of the lock-in period, the Investor retains full authority to make changes to their investments, provided such changes are made exclusively through the LAMC portal.
1.6 The final responsibility for investment decisions rests solely with the Investor. LAMC acts as an intermediary and may offer recommendations or options if requested but does not bear liability for the outcomes of such decisions.
1.7 The investor can access the details and monitor the investments on a regular basis on the portal which gets updated regularly.
1.8 The investor gives access to the LAMC admin to update the details regarding any changes made.
1.9 If any breach is made to the given contract the client is held responsible for such scenarios.And are liable to compensate the company .
1.10 Failure to make the payment may lead to legal action against them in such cases on behalf of the company.
1.11 The Investor acknowledges and agrees that the services provided by the Company are limited to the scope of the package or subscription chosen by the Investor. Any additional services outside the selected package may incur extra charges as per the Company’s prevailing terms.
1.12 No fraudulent activities will be made on behalf of the investor through the company. If found any, the company is given complete right to cancel their access and cancel the subscription at a nominal charge of invested amount.
2.For the Company :
2.1 The Company shall be responsible for facilitating and managing investments made by the Investor through the Company’s portal in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
2.2 The Company does not provide any guarantees or assurances regarding the performance of investments, as all investments are subject to market risks. The Company shall not be held liable for any losses, depreciation, or unfavorable outcomes resulting from market fluctuations or external factors.
2.3 The Company functions solely as an intermediary between the Investor and the market and does not assume fiduciary responsibilities or financial advisory roles unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.4 The Investor’s portfolio will be accessible to the Company for monitoring purposes and shall be updated regularly to reflect market movements. The updates are for informational purposes and do not constitute specific investment advice.
2.5 The Company shall assign a dedicated relationship manager to the Investor to oversee their investments and provide support. However, the relationship manager’s role is limited to facilitation and guidance and does not include decision-making on behalf of the Investor.
2.6 By entering this agreement, the Investor agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their investment activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.
2.7 The company is liable to make the settlements within 30 days without fail and needs to issue a clearance certificate upon settlement to investors.
2.8 The Company is not liable for investment errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely instructions or information provided by the Investor.
2.9 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the Investor violates the terms of this agreement, engages in fraudulent activities, or provides misleading information.
