Job Description
We are seeking an Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth. This role plays a vital part in supporting event planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about bringing creative concepts to life.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events.
Manage vendor communications, logistics, and on-site arrangements.
Support the creation of event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
Collaborate with the creative and branding teams to ensure consistency and quality.
Oversee inventory of materials, décor, and event supplies.
Provide administrative support throughout all stages of the event process.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Basic knowledge of event coordination, logistics, or project management is preferred.
